Our multi-lingual services extend beyond the confines of managing voice calls and include multi-channel e-mail, web-chat, and SMS services for companies around the world. To respond to our clients’ requirements, kgb_ management and agents have varying degrees of language proficiency including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Polish with additional local dialects being served by region (e.g. Quebecois, Welsh, Gaelic, Tagalog, Filipino, Indonesian, etc.).

We provide complete operational and management coverage to support our multi-lingual services. This includes the provision of local geographic number terminations for each market and the provision of multi-channel tools for the routing of multiple language contact types. All of our language services use the full quality management process including call recording and quality assessment, in the language required.
